Bongiorno, Sawatee kah, Welcome! Want to learn more about the world? Want to travel overseas? Thinking about becoming an exchange student, or hosting one? International Student Club is open to ANYONE who has a desire to learn more about the world in many ways. Activities are varied and fun; make masks to celebrate Carnevale, attend an international movie event and meet the director, earn your Global Education Achievement Certification, travel on our Service Learning trips to places like Brasil and Costa Rica. Learn more about becoming a Rotary Outbound Exchange student, or host a Rotary student for 3 months! Everyone is welcome! Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 2:40pm in Room 200. What are the main events/activities?
Earning the Global Scholars Certificate, conducting a Community Service Project with a global focus (i.e. Pennies for Peace, H2O, Heifer International), participating in WI Global Conference.
What are the membership qualifications?
Interest in earning the Global Scholars Certificate, interest in learning about other cultures, interest in being a peer to Slinger foreign exchange students.
