Student Account Secondary Email Address
Once students no longer have access to the school-issued email address used to set up their Parchment account, they can no longer reset the password in their account. They must contact the Parchment Student Support team to get their direct permission to delete the student accounts. Students then must reset up a new account with a personal email address so that they can resume placing new transcript requests. Students will no longer have access to their previous transcript order history from their now-deleted account. Students that still have access to their account have the option to add a secondary email address such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc. This is especially crucial when their school email addresses are about to be disabled since students can still do a password reset or gain access to their account using their secondary email address. Current SHS seniors and SHS graduates must request transcripts online through Parchment. Effective December 16th, 2025, the following transaction and shipping rates will apply: Transaction fees: $5.00 Verifications/third-party order fees: $15.00
