Please check the school’s weekly newsletter for our PBO section, so that you can become involved with your PBO! There are so many great opportunities to chose from throughout the school year. You can be as involved as much you wish, or work behind the scenes! There's a spot for everyone, the children and the staff benefit from the help and every bit is greatly appreciated!

The PBO is only as strong as its members!

The Addison Elementary PBO (People Behind the Owls) Board is comprised of a voluntary group of families and teachers. We are dedicated to providing a means by which families, teachers, administrators, and the Slinger community can all work together for the education and betterment of our children. We also strive to continue the reputation of excellence that the Slinger School District has so deservedly earned.
 
The Addison PBO is proud of the many programs and accomplishments that we have helped bring to our school, thanks to the dedication and support of our volunteers. Volunteering is a great way to get to know teachers, the school, and other families. Whether its helping out at the school or from home; being a member of the PBO is always rewarding and appreciated.
What Does The PBO Do?
 

In addition to raising funds for things like scholarships, field trips, building enhancements, and teacher grants (plus more), the Addison Elementary School PBO sponsors volunteer run school events for the families and community. Being a volunteer led organization, we rely on our outstanding families to continue to spend time where they can, assuring organization and fun. 

We truly ARE the People Behind The Owls!

All meetings are held once a month on Wednesdays.  Dates are shared in our Family Newsletters.
 
PBO meetings are held in the
Addison Think Lab (unless otherwise noted) at 6:30 P.M.
 
There are no dues or pledges. All that is required is an active interest in your children's education and their school.
 
We hope to see you there!

SHS PBO constitution.
