If your child has medication needs during the school day, please complete a Medication Consent Form and an Emergency Action Plan if applicable. These form(s) need to be completed annually and are to be returned to the Addison office.

Back to School Verification & Busing Registration will be via Family Access.  All Addison parents/guardians will be asked to verify their child's school information along with their transportation needs and emergency school closing plans. Please watch for an email late July/early August for more information.

Picture Day is scheduled for September 9.  An online ordering link will be active for parents starting after July 1st and closes two days after picture day.  Also, new this year, on August 6, we are offering an opportunity to have photos taken early (2-6pm).  Sign up link!
