Back to School Information for the 2025-26 School Year
We are looking forward to the 2025-2026 school year at Addison Elementary School!
We will be preparing over the summer months for the students' return. Below you will find the information you will need to start the school year!
- Back to School Verification & Busing Registration will be via Family Access. All Addison parents/guardians will be asked to verify their child's school information along with their transportation needs and emergency school closing plans. Please watch for an email late July/early August for more information.
- If your child has medication needs during the school day, please complete a Medication Consent Form and an Emergency Action Plan if applicable. These form(s) need to be completed annually and are to be returned to the Addison office.
- $65.00 per Student Fee due by September 30, 2025. You may use the Vanco's Rev Trak Web Store. Please click on this link for more information. You may also pay via cash or check made payable to Slinger School District. Please note that the option to pay in cash or check has no transaction fee. Online payments will have $2.95 fee per transaction by payor.

- 4K-5th ADS Calendar with ABC Days - Will be updated soon
- Please provide updated Immunization Records upon request or when vaccinations are updated.
- Please review our Arrival and Dismissal Procedures.
- Picture Day is scheduled for September 10. An online ordering link will be active for parents starting after July TBD. Note that pre-paid orders must be paid on or before the initial photo shoot date. The pre-paid link will not be reopened for retakes.
