The American Studies I classes will visit the Civil War museum in Kenosha, WI. The class trip will be on Tuesday, October 30th, 2012. Busses will depart from school at approximately 7:30 am, returning to SHS around 2:20 pm.

The intent of this learning activity is to allow students to research the impact the Civil War had on various individuals, professions, regions of the nation. This research will be applied to our Civil War project where students analyze the researched information and translate it into their own interpretation of the costs of war.

Below are several questions which help us coordinate the field experience for your child. Please fill in the form accurately. If you have concerns regarding the accuracy of your transmission, please contact your child's classroom teacher via email.

Also, your reply to the form will be used as a legal verification of your parental permission allowing your child to attend this experience. Thank You.
