Principal's Message

On behalf of the staff and administration of the Slinger School District, I would like to welcome students, parents and community members to Allenton Elementary.  Together we become partners in the education of our children.  This partnership is designed to meet the needs of each individual student and ultimately increase their degree of educational success.  It is imperative that all members of our community work to communicate openly and frequently concerning the progress of our students.  The entire staff is excited and ready to get the 2009-2010 school year started.  

The staff at Allenton Elementary puts-forth special efforts to create and promote a good relationship between the home and school.  The district newsletters, Allenton Elementary family newsletters, notes directly from the staff, the August 26 Open House, conferences, and direct contact with parents are part of these efforts.  Parents are also encouraged to initiate their own contacts whenever necessary.         

Allenton Elementary has a proud tradition of academic excellence, and with your help, we are confident that the 2009-2010 school year will be the very best.  I look forward to working with each of you this school year.
