School Security:  All schools in the district have carefully reviewed building safety policies and procedures.  In order to provide improved security and supervision of visitors, all outside doors will be kept locked.  Visitors must report to the office, sign in, and secure a pass to be able to visit school.  If you pick up your child after school, please wait in the lobby until classes are dismissed. Do not wait in the hall outside the classroom.

School Pictures:  September 12, 2013. Order forms and envelopes will be sent home in advance. Retakes will be taken on October 24, 2013.

School Calendar:  Enclosed in the beginning of the year information packet is a calendar for the entire year including the A,B,C rotation days for the Art, Music, and Phy. Ed schedule along with days off and other important dates. To access the online calendar, look on Allenton's homepage or use the Calendar link at the top of this page. 

School Communication:  Monthly newsletters will only be sent home via email.  A paper copy will be sent with those students who do not have internet access.   You can also go to the monthly newsletter link on the left side of Allenton's homepage to view the newsletter online.
